Tell us the destination and we will sequence it correctly.

What if the country doesn't recognize apostilles?

Then the certificate is worthless there and the document has to climb a legalization chain instead: authentication at the California or federal level, then Washington, then the destination's own consular officers. San Francisco hosts a large consular corps and we run these regularly. Give us the country and you will get the sequence and an honest timeline before anything is filed.
